Last updated: 13 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Taxturio finance and tax management platform. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Taxturio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis in IDR. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle, and prorated adjustments are applied where applicable.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations that apply to your business.
5. Data ownership
You retain all rights to the business data you enter into Taxturio. We process it solely to provide the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Taxturio available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxturio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
Taxturio does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice; you remain responsible for your filings and compliance.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
